Meet Details

Home meet on Wednesday June 17th The meet will start at 6:00 PM.

●Check-in begins at 4:30 PM. Please do not arrive before 4:30 PM. All swimmers much be checked in by 5:15 PM or they may be scratched from the meet. Check-in will be at the right of the pool entrance.

●Fins warm-upswill begin at 5:00 PM.

●Theme: Pajama Night

In an effort to maintain order, start and end on time please

-consult the website for job descriptions and job signup to confirm your role requirements 

(i.e. concessions pre-meet setup stays until 6pm start to help sell, concessions must have 1 adult at all times, pool setup starts at 3:30pm and should be an adult due to heavy lifting)

Please pick up volunteer name badge by 5:15pm this is a critical step, if you will not be there by 5:15 please have a friend pick up your badge. Linsey and Kara are managing volunteer and parent reps while Megan/I travel : )

Audio and signage should be better this week as Dani worked to arrange the new deck plan, but please manage your children's attendance at clerk of course.

After the meet last names I-M please stay or return to help clean up, parent rep will have meet attendee list to confirm 1 attendee helped. If you are OOT or need to do another week of cleanup please trade with a friend
