Coaches
My name is Cheslyn and I am thrilled to coach my second season at Fox Hall this summer! I am a rising Junior at Virginia Tech where I am majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in psychology. Swimming has been a passion of mine since I was 6, being a part of GRAL as a swimmer for 13 years and a coach for 5. When I am not in the pool, you can find me babysitting, creating something, or spending time with friends at a coffee shop. I am so excited and looking forward to coaching this season! Go fins!
Hi guys, my name is Jake Muldoon and I am a sophomore at James Madison studying Sports and Recreation Management with a business minor. I swam for Fox hall for 12 years and am excited to be back for my third season as a coach. I can’t wait to see everyone again this summer!
Hi! I’m Mary Caroline, and I’m currently a senior at Deep Run High School! I have swam every summer since I was 4 for Fox Hall and CCV! Other than swimming, I like to play basketball for my school and on my travel team! I’m looking forward to this upcoming summer swim season!

Hi, my name is Henry Nicholson, I’m turning 15 years old in July, and am a rising freshman at Deep Run High School. I’ve lived in Foxhall since 2013. I started taking swim lessons at Aqua Tots when I was about 2 years old. I swam at Nova for a few years and this will be my 7th year as a Foxhall Fin!! When I’m not at the pool, you might see me around the neighborhood running down the sidewalks or riding my bike for exercise. I would love to do an “Ironman” when I’m 18yrs old! I love helping people and I look forward to assisting the coaches with all the neighborhood swim team kids this Summer! I’m ready to teach them to swim better and faster for all of our swim meets! Go FINS!!!
